A unique flavor that brings you back to the tradition of the past.<\/p>\nThe Junmai sake from Nada, often referred to as “masculine sake” due to its rich and dry flavor, mellows out and becomes smoother as summer passes and autumn arrives. The name \u201cAkibare\u201d means \u201cautumn\u2019s clear skies\u201d because of the crisp, clear autumnal weather that prevails at that time. It\u2019s a dry sake made using the traditional method handed down from ancient times, perfect to enjoy on an evening with a pleasant autumn breeze.<\/p>\n
